(koude)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g witte chocolade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>enkele stukken rood fruit (facultatief)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bereidingswijze<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verwarm de witte chocolade en de melk au bain-marie (plaats daarvoor een hittebestendige mengkom op een kleinere kookpot met heet water, de bodem van de kom mag het water niet raken).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laat lichtjes afkoelen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klop de goed koele room bijna volledig stijf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roer 2 eetl. onder het gesmolten chocolademengsel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zet 5 \u00e0 10 min. in de koelkast.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roer de rest van de slagroom voorzichtig onder het licht afgekoelde chocolademengsel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klop de eiwitten stijf en schep van boven naar onder met een spatel onder het chocolademengsel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verdeel de mousse over 4 glazen of schaaltjes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laat 4 u. opstijven in de koelkast.
